The LeitnerWipp is recommended as an alternative seating option, whereby care must be taken to sit correctly, centering the seat and supporting it with both feet on the floor. It is designed to be self-moving, giving the user the greatest freedom of movement. The specially shaped base plate makes it possible to teeter and balance in all directions. The front “rocker” position primarily facilitates an upright posture. Circling and turning in all directions brings optimal variety to your everyday sitting. Sitting in a mobile way strengthens the muscles, which may initially be noticeable as “muscle soreness”.
Height adjustment: Easy and generous regulation of the seat height:
Push up the lever under the seat and adjust your individual seat height steplessly. The safety-tested lift column is available in 5 heights.
The total height depends on the base plate and the seat:
WSK = from 29 – 45 cm, WS1 = from 34 – 53 cm – for use in kindergarten, in school
WS2 = from 44 – 68 cm – for use at the desk and at home.
WS3 = from 51 – 82 cm, WS4 = from 58 – 91 cm – for use as a standing aid
Seating surfaces: polyurethane round seat Ø 35 cm “RP”, round seat Ø 35 cm “R” upholstered, saddle seat “S”; The saddle seat shape supports the pelvis and allows higher sitting to relieve the lumbar spine and improve venous circulation.
Base: Movable metal base plate, Ø 39 cm, black, white or silver-gray powder-coated, with felt floor protector and surrounding protective profile. Or movable base plate, plywood natural lacquered or oiled, Ø 39 cm, with all-over felt base protector.
Tip: For a change of location, it is recommended to lift the LeitnerWipp from the floor (do not pull the stool on the floor!), so that a long durability of the protective profile can be guaranteed.

Fabrics and upholstery:
FIn general, do not use any cleaning agents containing solvents, abrasive grease or oil to care for the upholstery/coverings. For virgin wool, any pilling that may occur can be removed with a commercial lint remover. Vacuum or brush all other types of fabric regularly.
Stains can be removed with lukewarm water, possibly with the addition of a pH-neutral detergent. Always use a clean, white cotton cloth. Avoid soaking the entire furniture and use only small amounts of the cleaning agent. Warning: cleaning petrol, acetone and the like can dissolve foam if soaked.
Clean the surface with a mixture of lukewarm water and neutral soap foam.Wet a microfiber cloth with the lukewarm soapy water and remove dirt with circular movements. More stubborn stains should be treated with a soft brush. Also wet the brush with the lukewarm soapy water and remove impurities with circular movements. Drying of the surface! Important note! Do not use solvents and abrasive products.
