Delivery and shipping

Shipping
Shipping within Austria and to Germany is done by parcel service or freight forwarding to the address provided by the customer. If the delivery is made by parcel service, you will receive a tracking number from us, with which you can track your package with DPD. The invoice receipt is attached to the package in a shipping bag. Shipping costs are added to the stated product prices if the order value is low.

TIP Delivery address DPD
If you cannot be at home during the time of delivery of your ordered product, it is best to specify a nearby DPD depot as the delivery address right away. Visit https://www.mydpd.at/shopfinder for the address and opening hours of a DPD Parcel Shop near you. This prevents unsuccessful delivery attempts and saves you time.

The following shipping costs (incl. 20% VAT) will be charged per order :
Austria: Euro 9,90
Germany : Euro 13,–

To Austria and Germany all seating furniture and all products from order value € 250,– (incl. VAT) are free of shipping costs !

Shipping to other countries
Currently our online store is activated for shipping to Austria, Germany, Belgium, Italy, Luxembourg and Netherlands. If you come from another country, please contact us (e-mail: office@ergomoebel.at, phone: +43 7754 3137-0). We will activate the store for your order in consultation with you and inform you about the shipping costs.

Self-collection in the store (Click & Collect)
In the order process, simply mark “Self-collection” in the shipping method section. We will inform you when the product is ready for collection and then look forward to seeing you at our store in Lohnsburg (Burgwegerstraße 57, 4923 Lohnsburg, Austria). This not only saves you shipping costs, but also allows you to test your product right away and see if it meets your expectations.

Delivery conditions
Delivery is usually made by parcel service to the first lockable door of the delivery address or by freight forwarding “free curb” to the shipping address you specify (exception see above under point shipping to other countries).

The delivery time is up to 5 days. We point out deviating delivery times on the respective product page.

The invoice will be sent by e-mail when ordering in the online store. When shipping on account, the invoice receipt is transmitted in a shipping bag on the package for individual packages. In case of multiple packages (delivery on pallet), the invoice will be sent by e-mail.

The delivery time indicated with the articles begins with the dispatch of the order confirmation.

In case of payment in advance, the delivery time starts with the receipt of the amount to be paid in advance according to the order confirmation on the bank account of LEITNER ERGOMÖBEL GmbH.

If an item is not available at short notice or if an extension of the general delivery time is necessary due to an increased order volume or other circumstances, you will be informed of this by e-mail. If you do not agree with the delay in delivery, you can withdraw from the contract by notifying us by e-mail or returning the order confirmation with a note to that effect without any restrictions.

Packages

Austria: All packaging supplied by us is licensed with the ARA collection system under the number 15285.

Germany: All packaging supplied by us is licensed with the Green Dot collection system under the number 5601537. The registration number in the packaging register LUCID is: DE5281058813893
