The design and development of ergonomic furniture requires know-how, creativity and awareness of the needs of people.

Leitner ergonomics does not refer to static ergonomics. Designing sophisticated furniture and meeting the needs of people is our highest aim. Our ergonomic solutions should provide support and encourage dynamic working. There is no best sitting position. Movement is the best way to keep your back and muscles healthy. The often recommended 90-degree sitting angle does only apply to conventional chairs. Such a principle would not make sense with the adjustable Leitner stools. Our ergonomic furniture promotes the important alternation of working positions such as sitting, standing and high sitting. Particularly our ergonomic stools are designed to strengthen the muscles, encourage the blood circulation of the intervertebral discs and train the coordination.
